Why Embody Wellness?

Dr. Bengard opened her doors in Lake Havasu in 2011 where she named her practice “Embody Wellness Chiropractic Center”, with the idea to treat the body as a whole not to just treat one symptom.

Dr. Bengard graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology from California State University Fullerton and her doctorate in Chiropractic from SCUHS, Southern California University of Health Sciences, in 2007.

With Dr. Bengard's diverse experience she has been able to meet a wide variety of patients of various ages and various health conditions.

Welcome Dr. Tracy Herrin

Dr. Herrin attended the University of Western State, in Portland, Oregon, where she graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic medicine. Dr. Herrin continued to develop her skills at two VA hospitals in South Dakota before moving back to Portland where she became the clinic director at a busy chiropractic office. While living in Oregon, Dr. Herrin participated in chiropractic mission trips to Central America in search of warmer weather before deciding to move to Lake Havasu City in 2021. All of these experiences provided Dr. Herrin with a variety of patients with different needs allowing her to develop her diversified practice to tailor treatment to each patients needs in an effective and efficient manner.
